CascadeUniqueJewelry.com accepts or may accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Sorry no personal or company checks.
- CascadeUniqueJewelry.com ship-to locations:
Worldwide. Shipping and handling charges will be announced by the shopping cart based on courier rates plus a small handling fee.
- Unless otherwise noted, shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances. If free shipping is offered it will never be for more than 6 pounds and only for the first shipment of a packages (such as if the package is returned for some reason, the second shipping is not free). We are sorry due to insurance reasons we cannot normally ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Iran, Angola, Iraq, Bangladesh, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Burma Rwanda, Burundi, Seychelles, Congo, Slovenia, Cuba, Sudan, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Syria India, Yemen, and Indonesia, and some that may be added over time! We will ship to these countries but only if you pay with wire transfer or ACS debit and if you take full responsibility for the package once it leaves our hands. Due to varying custom laws, we cannot tell you if you will incur custom fees. Although we provide some information here, it is only provided as a guideline and not legal advice on customs law, please consult with a qualified attorney or customs expert before making your purchase decision. It is our understanding that USA customers may incur up to a 7.3% custom fee which must be paid upon receipt of the item when receiving items sent from outside the US. European customers incur a 20% VAT tax. If you are in the USA or Europe, please check with your local customs department for the particulars in your case!
Our standard parcel carrier is UPS. Sorry we cannot ship to APO and other military locations or PO Boxes except with very special arrangements for large orders that are pre-paid with wire transfers only. We are not responsible for mis-directed shipments. All orders are shipped using address provided by customer and verified electronically using UPS Address Verification. If the shipping address cannot be verified using UPS, no Delivery Guarantee applies and customer assumes responsibility for mis-directed, returned, or lost packages and must re-pay S&H to receive the order again. If the package arrives at the wrong address that you provided and it is not returned by the receiver we are not responsible for the loss. Our shipment using UPS includes a $100 insurance from the carrier; beyond that insurance you are responsible for insuring the rest of the value of the package. We will add insurance to each package to assure there are no loses. Although insurance prices may change without notice, they will be $1.30 for the first $100 (after the first $100 courier insurance) and $1 for each $100 or portion thereof.
- Sales Tax
8.9% if shipped to Washington. Sales tax is charged for Washington residents only that do not a Washington Sales Tax Certificate on file. Please fax the sales tax certificate to keep here on file, if and only if, you live in Washington or have a portion of your business in Washington.
Customer Service & Return policy:
All sales are final. Most of our jewelry is custom made just for you and we invest a great deal in getting it made specifically for you, since we have to pay the manufacture upfront we require you to pay us upfront as well because your jewelry is being made to order just for you. Your upfront payment is a full deposit on your jewelry and once you pay for the jewelry there are no returns and you are committed to purchasing the jewelry. Should you reverse payment somehow, you will still be responsible for the full value of the jewelry and we will seek legal means to recover our losses. If the jewelry is damaged in transit to you and you report it to the shipper within 2 business days as being damaged, they will apply for the insurance to cover the loss and they may require a letter from you and possible photo as well as the return to them of the damaged merchandise to show the insurance company. Also claims on the insurance may take as much as 21 days to get resolved. Since the shipment is FOB Shanghai, China or Miami, Florida, USA, neither CascadeUniqueJewelry.com nor the shipper will be responsible for any shipment lost or damaged but the shipper will place the insurance claim for you!

Please remember that as our jewelry is custom made for you, it may take 7-10 days to finish each piece before it is can be shipped to you. Please be patient, the rewards of your custom jewelry will be well worth the wait!
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, the shipper shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, the shipper shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual jewelry size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme close-ups of the images.
